Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ChoreChamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use ChoreChamp. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions

• ChoreChamp offers free and premium subscription tiers (Premium and Family Pro).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Introductory pricing is available to eligible subscribers only and is valid for the specified introductory period, after which the regular subscription price applies.

In-App Purchases

ChoreChamp offers one-time in-app purchases including boosters, themes, and avatars. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload harmful or offensive content
• Use automated systems to access the service

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Limitation of Liability

ChoreChamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
